Free rooms - Resorts Casino Hotel
So I wasn't liking that at all but I didn't cause a fuss. Budget Host Motel Gainesville. I was interested in getting a comped room for the night. We headed up to our room and found our keys didn't work. I am very surprised that you encountered someone on our team that treated you in the fashion you detailed in your response.

We had a corner room suite on the 10th. Everyone there treated us so well and made us feel more than welcome. The food is a bit pricey, but considering we stayed for free in a Great room, I can't complain.
The entire visit was wonderful. The room and bathroom were very large and made us feel right at home. We also enjoyed 3 days at the Casino. The nice part is that the Casino and Hotel are all joined together, so you never have to get out In the weather. Thank you for taking the time to review your most recent experience here at the Winstar World Casino and Resort. I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your suite upgrade on the 10th floor!
We have many food options throughout the entire resort that offers food at all price points. I hope that we have the opportunity to serve you again in the near future. This was our last stop before heading home on vacation. When we arrived, check in seemed fine. We headed up to our room and found our keys didn't work. We found a housekeeper to let us in and figured out it was the wrong room. We called down to the desk and they realized they wrote the wrong number in the key card. A bellboy came up with new keys.
Second room wasn't cleaned nor was the bed made. Third time was the charm. We finally got our stuff in. We then went down for dinner. Only place still open was the buffet which they said they were closing but we would have plenty of time to eat. Not ten minutes later the manager came over and says they were closing. He comped us breakfast, but were unable to use it due to our flight schedule the next day. The grounds are nice and the pool looked amazing.
It's the service that made the hotel less than satisfactory. I am sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay with us. I would love to speak with you directly regarding your experience. Please contact me directly at Love the new tower.
It was real Vegas like! Bed was ultra comfortable. I had a great view of not much but it was better than looking at trees. Tv was cool as well. I was a little upset with the room service because I ordered a short stack 2 pancakes and they brought me 3 pancakes and charged me for it. So I wasn't liking that at all but I didn't cause a fuss. I don't know how good the housekeepers do because when I opened the fridge, it was half drunken bottles of water inside. The casino is concerned with how much money you're willing to gamble with and how long you gamble with that money.
Making a few of really high bets is less likely to get you a room than spending three or four hours at 60 cent slots. Manage your budget, and make sure that you can make moderate sized bets for a long period of time.
The longer that you gamble, the more impressive your play history will look and the more likely that the host or pit boss will notice you. Make a high first and last bet. Making a high bet when you start and finish will get the attention of dealers, the pit boss, and the host. Play with promotional chips. Play in a smaller casino. Smaller casinos are often less busy, which means that they typically have more vacant rooms and are more willing to give you a free one.
Gamble on weekdays during the off-season. In addition, the city will be cheaper during the week than it is during the weekend. There is a greater chance of rooms being vacant and this improves your chance of getting a comped or free room. Ask to talk to the host.
